CHEF - AListair dibbs
Alistair Dibbs started his culinary career in his home town of Leicester in the midlands.
It was after being selected for an early work experience role at the prestigious Relais & Chateau Michelin starred Hotel de la Plage in France that his love for food and the hospitality industry was established.
On returning to the UK, he went on to develop his skills at Michelin starred establishments such as Fischers at Baslow Hall and Pied a Terre in London before a five year spell at the world famous Harrods which boasts one of the largest kitchen brigades in Europe.
Alistair has a tireless passion for creating flavour combinations and loves sourcing the best quality seasonal ingredients available to develop exciting new dishes which he serves alongside tried and tested classics.
